Here is a selection of photos we, and others, have taken while canoeing or kayaking the Whanganui River in recent years. Many of the photos on this website were taken by Ross Judd, of Team Tactix, during the annual national Scout Canoe School in January 2003. Waterfalls on the Whanganui

Can you help me with this project? I am looking for the 12 best photos of Whanganui River waterfalls each year to use in an annual calendar. I also want to publish a coffee table book of the same name once I have got enough good photos to make it worthwhile. So get those cameras clicking - and try and capture the mood of the river through its many waterfalls.

Note: Original photos must be of high resolution so that they will reproduce well. Any photo under 10 Mb as a JPEG is unlikely to be suitable. We can talk a standard fee and photo credit, or profit share if preferred. Please send me a low resolution version of your best waterfall shots and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
